By the end of 2010 we will have an independent living annex, under the umbrella of Paddock House but located in a two bed roomed cottage situated within walking distance from the main house.
Residents will be supported to cook, clean and maintain the property, but will have the benefit of being able to pop in and see their friends at any time.
We will continue our commitment of refurbishment and modernisation of this project.
Ensure our staff are well trained enabling them to fully meet the needs of the residents.
Regular reviews the individual personal care plans to ensure we meet the physical and psychological needs of our residents.
